This can't be good for me

I found a new recipe that can't possibly be as low in points as I calculated it out to be - it's just too good. Try it and see if you think the same. One serving is only 6 points! It's another Cooking Light find.

Three-Cheese Baked Penne

8 oz. whole wheat penne (you won't notice it's whole wheat, really)
Cooking spray
2 (4 oz.) links sweet turkey Italian sausage (chicken works, too)
1 c. finely chopped green bell pepper
1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning (I just threw in some basil, oregano, parsley, thyme)
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Dash salt
10-15 grape tomatoes, halved
1 garlic cloved, minced
1 (8 oz.) can garlic-and-herb tomato sauce
3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. (2 oz.) crumbled goat cheese
1/4 c. (1 oz.) grated fresh Parmesan cheese (fresh is better!)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Use the minimum time or a minute less for al dente pasta. Drain and keep warm.

Heat a large non-stick skillet over med-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Remove casings from sausage. Add sausage to pan, crumbling with wooden spoon. Cook 2 min. Add bell pepper through garlic; saute 6 min or until pepper is tender. Stir in tomato sauce. Reduce heat and simmer 5 min.

Add pasta to pan, tossing gently to coat. Spoon pasta mixture into 8-in baking dish (or cast iron skillet) coated with cooking spray. Stir in mozzarella and goat cheese; sprinkle Parm over top.

Bake at 350 for 7 min or until bubbly and top is browned.

Yield: 6 servings
